ORNAMENT is a Polish non-governmental foundation established in 2020 to support children, young people and adults through education, civic participation and community development. We combine non-formal learning, research, digital education and practical local action. Our multidisciplinary team includes specialists in project management, pedagogy, law, evaluation, youth work, communication and digital learning. We cooperate with municipalities, schools, youth councils, public institutions and international organisations, creating solutions adapted to real community needs. With 6 full-time staff, 15 part-time staff and more than 50 formally engaged youth volunteers, we reach nearly 3,000 participants each year. Our Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation for 2023–2027 confirms our long-term commitment to quality, inclusion, innovation and meaningful European cooperation. Our goal is to turn knowledge into measurable and sustainable social impact.

We design and deliver educational and social initiatives that help people develop skills, confidence and the capacity to participate in community life. Our work covers formal and non-formal education, youth well-being, civic engagement, digital competences, equality, sustainability, human rights and intercultural dialogue. We create training programmes, toolkits, publications, policy recommendations, digital resources and evaluation systems, translating research into practical solutions for schools, youth organisations and local authorities

In the PageTurners project, ORNAMENT acts as Internal Evaluator and Content Developer. We lead the preparation and improvement of educational content that connects traditional reading with digital literacy, critical thinking and youth well-being. Our team supports the collection and analysis of good practices, develops pre- and post-assessment tools, and updates training materials based on testing and partner feedback. We coordinate internal evaluation and quality assurance by monitoring progress, reviewing results against agreed indicators, assessing impact and proposing corrective actions. Drawing on our experience in non-formal education, digital learning and youth work, we help ensure that the training programme, good-practice booklet and online resources are relevant, accessible and evidence-based. We also support the coordinator with structured management methods and practical recommendations for sustainability and wider European use.
