Who we are
Gminne Centrum Kultury i Bibliotek in Skrzyszów (GCKiB) is a public cultural institution serving the Skrzyszów municipality in Lesser Poland, Poland. It combines the functions of a cultural centre and a library network, including the main library and three local branches. GCKiB promotes culture, education, literacy and lifelong learning for children, young people and adults. Its work is rooted in the local community and supported by cooperation with schools, libraries, associations, municipal authorities and cultural organisations. The institution provides access to books and information, creates opportunities for learning and artistic expression, and supports the preservation of local heritage.
