Youth Workshop at Primary School in Łękawica: Creative Reading and Media Literacy 🎨📖

On 28 April 2026, 47 young people participated in our PageTurners workshop at Primary School in Łękawica.

During the session, we approached reading as an active process involving interpretation, questioning and the exchange of ideas. Participants worked with different types of content and considered how language, format and presentation can influence the way a message is understood.

An important part of the workshop focused on media and digital literacy. We discussed how to recognise reliable information, question misleading content and use digital tools in ways that support education and personal development.

The activities were connected with the PageTurners Training Course and the PageTurners e-learning platform, which offers accessible and youth-friendly learning materials. These project results support the development of reading comprehension, digital awareness and critical-thinking skills.

Thank you to the whole group for your creativity, engagement and excellent ideas! ✨
