On 15 April 2026, we met with 19 young people at Primary School in Ładna for another PageTurners workshop.
The smaller group created an excellent environment for discussion, reflection and teamwork. Participants talked about their personal reading habits, what motivates them to read and what can make it difficult to stay focused on longer or more demanding texts.
We explored how reading can become a shared and interactive activity. Participants exchanged opinions, listened to different perspectives and considered how a single text can inspire discussion, creativity and cooperation.
The session included methods connected with the PageTurners Booklet of Good Practices, which gathers practical educational activities suitable for schools, libraries and youth organisations. We also presented how the PageTurners Training Course supports conscious reading in both printed and digital environments.
Thank you to all participants for your openness, creativity and involvement! 🌱
